KATRA, July 24: Police today arrested a man and recovered 20 g of ganja from his possession.
According to a police spokesperson, a police team of police station Katra today apprehended a person namely Jeet Singh (29) son of Jaga Ram, a resident of tehsil Ladda and district Udhampur, from Bus Stand Katra and recovered about 20 g Ganja from his possession.
The recovery and arrest was made by a police team headed by Inspector Kuldeep Krishan, SHO police Station Katra, under the supervision of Dr Ashok Sharma, SDPO Katra, Sumir Kotwal, Additional SP Katra and overall supervision of Sujit Kumar, SSP Reasi.
In this connection, a case FIR No 117/2015 U/S 8/20 NDPS Act has been registered at police station Katra and investigation started.
