Track cycling takes the back seat as Velodrome Rakyat slowly turn into ruin

PETALING JAYA: The Perak Cycling Association (PCA) have appealed to the state government to repair the Velodrome Rakyat in Ipoh, which is currently in a deplorable condition.

Their president Datuk Amarjit Singh Gill said he has written to the Perak Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir for a special allocation to rectify the problem.
