Bajirao Mastani: No rivalry between Priyanka and Deepika, proves this new gift

We don't just spot two female actors together almost every other day, but the news of one going out of the way for the other is often fodder for the grapevine. And the latest to add to the buzz is Priyanka Chopra's sweet gesture for co-actor Deepika Padukone.

Priyanka, who will share screen space with Deepika for the first time in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Bajirao Mastani, shares a special bond with her co-actor. Though Deepika and Priyanka play the two ladies in Bajirao's (played by Ranveer Singh) life in the period drama, in real life, the two actors have become affectionate towards each other. So much so, that Priyanka ordered some dance gear for herself for Bajirao Mastani, and the actor could not stop herself from ordering another one for her new best friend Deepika.
According to a report published in Pinkvilla, Priyanka has gifted the dance kit to Deepika. Shampa Sonthalia, who is choreographing the two actors in Bajirao Mastani, said that there is no rivalry between Priyanka and Deepika. "There is simply no competition between the two. Priyanka and Deepika are very good friends. Priyanka had ordered some dance kit for herself and she ordered an extra for Deepika."

Deepika and Priyanka will be seen in a dance face-off in Bajirao Mastani, and the two are currently busy wrapping up the last schedule of the film. Priyanka had earlier posted a picture of the two wearing ballerinas from the film sets, calling themselves "BalleRanis".
Bajirao Mastani is based on the love story of the 18th century Maratha warrior Peshwa Bajirao I (played by Ranveer Singh) and his second wife Mastani (Deepika). Priyanka plays Kashibai, the first wife of Peshwa Bajirao. The film is slated to release on December 18 this year.
