Belgian Jupiler League team Club Brugge loaned Turkish goalkeeper Sinan Bolat from Portuguese club Porto on Thursday.

According to the statement made by Club Brugge, 26-year-old goalkeeper Sinan Bolat has been loaned for a season. The Belgian side also gets the player's buying option.

Sinan Bolat played for Belgian clubs Genk and Standard Liege during his career and in 2013 he was signed by Porto. He spent the last two seasons in Turkish teams Kayserispor and Galatasaray.

Expressing happiness at returning to Belgium, Bolat said, "I have played few times in the last two years but the experience that I had in different countries contributed a lot to my personality. I aim to compete for the starting eleven by adapting to the team as soon as possible."

Last season Bolat made 12 appearances in Galatasaray.
