Nineteen people were killed in a suicide attack at a busy market in northern province of Faryab in Afghanistan. Several were wounded. The bomber was reportedly came to the site in a motorcycle. Nobody has claimed the responsibility.
U.N. Secretary General's representative has condemned the attack and said it is an appalling disregard for human life.
A few weeks back, 33 people were killed in a suicide attack at the military base in eastern province. In 2014, more than ten thousand people were killed or wounded in militant attacks in Afghanistan.
