One person was burnt alive in a road accident that took place at Siddipet bypass road in the wee hours of Monday. Another person was seriously injured and died while being shifted to hospital. According to M. Varaprasad, Sub-Inspevtor, Siddipet (Rural), a speeding bike hit an RTC bus resulting in the accident, and the sparks generated from the motorcycle led to fire accident. The petrol tank of the motorcycle also exploded. The man driving the motorcycle was charred to death. The deceased was identified as Imran, 25, and Ridwan, 18, of Malakpet in Hyderabad. Siddipet (Rural) police registered a case and are investigating.
