Mukta Barve's real life inspiration for Double Seat

Mukta Barve was missing from the limelight post 'Mangalashtak Once More,' but now she's back with a bang. Several of her releases are lined up for the coming months while her latest play 'Love Birds' also completed as many as 50 shows recently.
Sharing details about the character that she will play in one of her upcoming projects ' Sameer Vidwans' directorial venture 'Double Seat,' she said, 'The movie revolves around the struggle of a couple that has moved from Pune to Mumbai and is looking to settle there.My character is a straight forward, middle-class Maharashtrian girl and belonging to Pune and having gone through the drill myself, I could relate to the character very much.'
Speaking about the toughest challenge that she faced during the shoot, she confessed, 'Many sequences in the movie required us to express more through emotions rather than dialogues. On top of that, we had a cast that was working together for the first time. So, building a rapport was a big task and I'm glad that we managed to succeed as a team.'
