RAUTAHAT: A man died in a clash that ensued over constructing a toilet wall at Dostiya-5 of Laxmipur in Rautahat district on Friday.

The deceased has been identified as Katahariya, Sukhal Mansuri (45).

According to the Area Police Office, Katahariya, Mansuri was seriously injured after his neighbour Mukhtar Mansuri and his relatives attacked him with wooden logs at around 8 pm yesterday.

Mansuri was rushed to the Chandranigahapur Hospital but breathed his last during the course of treatment.

Police have arrested Mukhtar's wife Sajan Nesa (31) and his three sons, Jamalu Mansuri (13), Kamalu Mansuri (11) and Mokadam Mansuri (10) for investigation.

Sub-Inspector Tribhuvan Shah of the Area Police Office, Katahariya informed that they are searching for Mukhtar and his brother Jamirul Mansuri, who fled the scene after the incident.
