“Taking a decision of this magnitude requires a lot of courage. Our ally has shown that it has the courage. Congress leaders said, “Why should Sena or NCP complain about the local bodies alliances. Shiv Sena had struck alliance with Congress in several local bodies and it still continues.”

In the last elections, NCP betrayed the Congress forging alliance with BJP to isolate the Congress. And Sena also joined hands with Congress to keep BJP away in municipal bodies or Zilla Parishads.
