Increase the number of cash deposit counters

July 17, 2015 12:00 am | Updated 05:36 am IST

Indian Bank, Falaknuma branch, account holders are facing a lot of problems owing to inadequate cash deposit counters. Most of the time, only one cash deposit counter is operational in the bank forcing customers to wait in the queue for a long time. Also, the printers in the bank do not work because of which the account holders are asked to get the bank passbooks updated during their next visit. It’s high time the authorities look into the issue and I request the concerned authorities to solve the problem as soon as possible.

ATMs out of

order always

Two State Bank of India ATMs at Lingampalli Telephone Exchange building are always either out of order or have no cash. Inside the ATM rooms, paper slips are strewn around and they are more like trash bins than ATMs. We have lodged complaints with the SBI, LHO at Koti under whose jurisdiction the ATMs fall under, but no action has been taken so far.

Reduce manhole’s height

A manhole near Lotus Pond, Road No. 12, Banjara hills is above the road level and is posing a dangerous threat to motorists. Its height was recently raised to check sewerage water overflowing from the manhole. However, fatal accidents are being reported from this place with vehicles hitting the manhole and losing balance. I request the authorities to address the issue.
