NEWSPAPERS: Metros dodge e-tolls & a nuke for KZN

According to the Sowetan and The Times, major municipalities in Gauteng have not been paying their e-toll bills and are now in arrears. 

The national Energy Department has confirmed its ambition to build one or more nuclear power stations in KwaZulu-Natal The Mercury reports. 

And e-learning will be rolled out in 344 Western Cape schools within days according to the Cape Argus
