Damoh girl Deepshikha bags AIR 8 in CS Foundation

BHOPAL: Damoh’s Deepshikha Sujata Mishra secured All India 8th rank in the company secretary foundation exam. Results were announced on Wednesday. In all, 6 students from Bhopal secured a place in top 25 merit list.
Deepshikha has been in Bhopal for last one year preparing for the exam. Third semester B Com (honours) student of Jagran Lakecity University, Deepshikha cleared the exam in her first attempt.“I never allowed pressure to get better of my confidence. I think this was the main reason why I secured good rank,” Deepshikha told TOI.
“I was hoping a good rank, but securing a place in top 10 is amazing. I am happy,” 18-year-old Deepshikha added. She did her schooling from St Johns School, Damoh. She had secured 95% in class XII.
Chairman of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (Bhopal chapter), Piyush Bindal said 166 students from Bhopal appeared for the exam. “107 students from the city cleared the exam. Pass percentage of students from Bhopal is 64%,” he said.
Other rankers in top 25 from Bhopal are Disha Naresh Naryani (AIR 12), Akansha Jain (AIR 15), Akruti Bhatnagar (AIR 17), Shubahm Saxena (AIR 22) and Atul Chawla (AIR 24).
