JAMMU, July 14: The residents of village Villagam, tehsil Handwara, district Kupwara, Kashmir held a meeting and framed a committee under the name “Shree Maha Ganesh Asthapan Committee Villagam, Kashmir.
Mohan Lal Bhat has been elected as president of the Committee, whileas Chuni Lal Bhat as vice president, Piaray Lal Bhat as secretary, Roshan Lal Pandita as additional secretary, Durga Ji Pandita as cashier, Rajesh Pandita as joint secretary and Manoj Bhat as legal advisor.
The committee has been constituted to repair, construct and look after the shops and temple at the land of Maha Ganesh Temple Villagam, Kupwara (commonly called as Asthan Bouth).
