Antrix restores website

July 15, 2015 12:00 am | Updated 04:10 pm IST - BENGALURU:

Antrix Corporation has restored its website and is now hosting it in-house on the ISRO server, an official said on Tuesday.

The site of ISRO’s marketing company was found breached and redirected to a foreign site on Sunday. It was set right on Monday night, the official said, adding the site was now secured and the crisis was over.

However, it continues to be under renovation as it was for the last few weeks, he maintained.

Until now, Antrix had outsourced its hosting to a Bengaluru-based agency.

All through, ISRO has maintained that its intellectual assets were intact and have not been damaged or compromised.

Antrix exports Earth imageries from ISRO satellites, and sells launch services.
