Football star and Superbowl champion Victor Cruz might be all grit and sport on the football field, but he cares about how he looks outside the stadium - and says most men do, too. The New York Giants wide receiver, who created the fashion line Young Whales, visited the Today show on Tuesday, and along with actor and producer Tyson Beckford discussed their roles as "ambassadors" in the first New York Fashion Week: Men's, launched by the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA).

Cruz said men do care about clothes: "I think it's grown over the years - menswear is outselling womenswear right now and it goes to show you that men are paying attention to fashion," said Cruz.
