The much-anticipated TV show, "Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani", which stars popular actress Drashti Dhami and Siddhant Karnick in lead roles is all set to air from 27 July.
Besides the gorgeous actress, it has been reported that two other well-known actresses will feature on the show.
Veteran actress Surekha Sikri aka Maasa of popular show "Balika Vadhu" has been roped in to play an important role.
Confirming the news, an excited Surekha told India-Forums: "It is always fun to work with this production house (Sphere Origins). I am enjoying working with them for Balika Vadhu and excited to be part of their new project Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani."
The other actress is Moon Banerjee, who played an important role in "Kasautii Zindagii Kay" and "Sasural Genda Phool".
"Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani" has been making headlines ever since the promo was aired, making fans of the gorgeous actress of "Madhubala – Ek Ishq Ek Junoon" fame eagerly wait for the show.
Drashti, who is making a comeback after her wedding, plays the role of Gayatri, a commoner who falls in love with the prince of a royal family.
"Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani" will be aired on Zee TV from Monday to Friday at 9.30 pm.
