EMF Buys Three from Classical South Florida for $22M

Classical South Florida/American Public Media Group has agreed to sell three large market Florida outlets to Educational Media Foundation (EMF) for $21.7 million. Included in the deal are Classical stations 100kw WKCP-FM (89.7)/Miami, 38kw WPBI-FM (90.7)/West Palm Beach, 75kw WNPS-FM (88.7)/Fort Myers. EMF operates the Air1 and K-Love Christian radio formats. Hadden & Associates Nationwide Media Brokers represented both buyer and seller on this transaction.
