Sacramento Kings officially sign Rondo, two others

The Sacramento Kings officially announced the signing of three free agents Monday -- point guard Rajon Rondo, guard Marco Belinelli and center Kosta Koufos.

Details of the deals were not released, but multiple media outlets reported Rondo agreed to sign a one-year, $9.5 million contract; Belinelli agreed to a three-year, $19 million deal; and Koufos consented to signing a four-year, $33 million contract.

Rondo, 29, averaged 8.9 points, 7.9 assists and 5.5 rebounds in a 2014-2015 season split between the Boston Celtics and Dallas Mavericks. He was a starter in all 66 games he played after coming back from a knee injury. Rondo hit 31.4 percent of his 3-point attempts and had some run-ins with Mavericks coach Rick Carlisle.

Belinelli, 29, averaged 9.2 points and hit 37.4 percent of his 3-point shots in 62 games, including nine starts, last season for the San Antonio Spurs.

The 7-foot Koufos, 26, averaged 5.2 points, 5.3 rebounds and 0.8 blocks in 81 games, including three starts, for the Memphis Grizzlies last season.
