Call designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana “the Teflon Twins.”

After being cleared of Italian tax-evasion charges in October — then weathering a controversy over comments about same-sex parents and IVF in March — the duo were in ornate tuxes flanking Kylie Minogue in Portofino over the weekend during a series of over-the-top celebrations for their new collections.

The designers hosted an extravaganza to show their Alta Moda and other lines at Dolce’s luxe hillside estate.

Fashion insiders from Anna Dello Russo to Bianca Brandolini d’Adda decamped to Portofino for D&G’s kickoff show, where boats whisked guests to Dolce’s weekend property, landscaped for a year to go along with an elaborate “Midsummer Night’s Dream” theme. Nymphlike models with wings circulated as puckish acrobats hung from hoops in the trees.

A show of menswear took place the next night, followed by a final bash at local club Covo di Nord Est with the theme oro (gold), and Minogue performed in a gold, starry headdress.

Also at the bacchanal were Vogue’s Hamish Bowles, Tabitha Simmons, event designer Bronson van Wyck, Andrea Dellal, Thor Equities CEO Joseph Sitt and stylist William Baker.
