PANDAN Lake View Apartment residents want Syabas and the Selangor government to resolve the water disruptions and prevent water rationing from happening like last year during the dry season.

The more than 1,000 residents in the five-storey apartments, consisting of about 380 units, hoped they would not have to once again store water by filling up pails at the ground floor and carrying them to their units.
