“Govt. lacks planning”

July 12, 2015 12:00 am | Updated 07:00 am IST - PUDUCHERRY:

All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam Legislature Party Deputy Leader A. Anbalagan on Saturday attributed the All India NR Congress Government’s alleged failure on many fronts to “lack of planning.”

Addressing presspersons, the AIADMK leader said the taxpayers money had been frittered away through spending on 23 public sector undertakings. The public sector undertakings were not able to settle the salaries to the staff for several months.

The AIADMK leader also said the government has been showing slackness in disbursing the local development fund for MLAs to the tune of Rs. 120 crore.

Mr. Anbalagan expressed discontent over the Lieutenant Governor’s alleged failure to act upon the complaints against the government.
