Yuzhou Properties (01628) said it achieved sales of Rmb1,632 million in June with corresponding gross floor area (GFA) sold of 167,420 square metres, an increase of 7.3% and 1.9% from a year earlier. The average selling price was Rmb9,748 per square metre.
For the first six months of 2015, the accumulated sales of the Group was Rmb5,737 million with corresponding GFA sold of 637,078 square metres. The average selling price was Rmb9,004 per square metre. In addition, about Rmb662 million was subscribed but in the process of signing contracts.
