Fire up the DVRs. Little Miss BBQ is firing up the smoker and Grilled Addiction is firing up the grill for broadcast television.

The two local purveyors of smoky meat are taking to the airwaves, and will be featured Wednesday, July 8, on Travel Channel's "BBQ Crawl."

The show follows host Danielle Dimovski, aka "Diva Q," as she tours some of the nation's most hallowed barbecue pits. The segment was taped in October, and will premiere Wednesday night as part of the episode titled, "Phoenix Fair Food and Fancy Food Trucks."

Grilled Addiction, a food truck run by husband-and-wife team Lance and Beth Smith, is a regular fixture at Arizona Cardinals and Diamondbacks games. Among other dishes, they prepared their signature Bistecca Florentine for the show, a massive Tuscan-style porterhouse that sells for $70.

Scott and Bekke Holmes of Little Miss BBQ haven't (yet) achieved total world domination with their Texas-style 'cue, but another appearance for Scott's increasingly famous BBQ brisket should bring them a big step closer.
