Though Geeta and Harbhajan Singh have never accepted their relationship publicly, Bhajji's cricketer friends address Geeta as 'Bhabhiji'.
Spinner Harbhajan Singh, who celebrated his 35th birthday in Jalandhar on Friday, has asked his friends to be prepared for a wedding. Sources said, Bhajji, who celebrated his birthday with his mother and friends at Choti Baradri area of Jalandhar, told his friends in Punjabi about his future plans. "Biya te Pangra paun nu tyar raho (be ready for the marriage and bhangra)," Bhajji told his friends.
Bhajji's birthday also witnessed the release of Bollywood film Second Hand Husband in which his long-time girlfriend Geeta Basra is playing a lead role. Bhajji has a special appearance in the film where he plays the role of a man with whom Geeta finally ties the nuptial knot. Bhajji's special appearance in the film is being cited as a move to make the relationship public.
Besides Geeta, cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, childhood friend Yuvraj Singh, Suresh Raina, boxer Vijender Singh and actor Abhishek Bachchan wished him on his birthday. "Happy birthday to the one and only @harbhajan_singh! Wish you all the love, success and happiness always X" Geeta tweeted.

Geeta also appeared calm when comedian Kapil Sharma had indirectly teased her with Bhajji's name on his show Comedy Nights with Kapil. Geeta had appeared on the show to promote her film Second Hand Husband.
Sources say Bhajji's 'Bhangra and Biya' message to his friends clearly shows that the couple may announce its marriage plans soon.
