  • Fazilka: In the recruitment rally organised by the Army, 479 youths were selected for screening, written and medical fitness tests. Over 5,000 youths had participated in the rally. Major General Bipin Bakshi, General Officer Commanding, Amogh Division, encouraged the selected youths to prove their mettle in the force.
  • Abohar: The Army also held a recruitment rally for residents of Sriganganagar, Hanumangarh and Bikaner districts at Maharaja Ganga Singh Stadium, Sriganganagar.
  • The successful candidates will now be examined by doctors in the second phase and a written test will be held on July 26. Nearly 479 candidates from Sriganganagar finished the race, 456 from Hanumangarh and 612 from Bikaner.
