Three women escape from Vadodara protection home

VADODARA: Three women escaped from Women's Protection Home at Godhra in the early hours of Friday. The officials of the remand home have intimated Godhra town police about the incident.
According to officials at the protection home, the girls wanted to use the washroom at the remand home in the early hours. "They forced open a grill in the toilet block to escape," said superintendent Priyanka Khoja.
Khoja added that the girls had been brought to the home on different occasions during the last two months. She said police as well as officials of concerned departments had been informed.
