Six govt hospital heads transferred

Medical superintendents of six major Delhi Government Hospitals including Lok Nayak Jaya Prakash (LNJP) Hospital, Aruna Asaf Ali Hospital and Babu Jagjeevan Ram Hospitals have been transferred as per an order issued by the Health and Family Welfare Department on Friday.

The most prominent transfers include Dr. Siddarth Ramji who is transferred out as medical superintendent (MS) LNJP as director professor Mulana Azad Medical College. Dr. Satish Kumar, MS, Aruna Asif Ali, Dr. Ashok Kumar, MS, Babu Jagjeevan Ram and Dr. Rekha Aggarwal, MS, Dad Dev Matri Avum Sishu Chikitsalya have been transferred and replaced.

In all thirteen transfers have been ordered in this first major shake-up of the hospital heads since the AAP-party came to power in the Capital.
