Well, that didn't take long. A new Carlos O'Brien's is already up and running, fast on the heels of the Mexican restaurant operators bulldozing their former building at Scottsdale and Bell roads to make room for a new CVS/pharmacy on the site.

The new Carlos O'Brien's is on the northeast corner of 68th Street and Mayo Boulevard, in the Scottsdale 101 shopping center.
