‘Calendar Girls’ teaser: Reminds you of ‘Fashion’ and ‘Heroine’

The first teaser of Calendar Girls has finally been unveiled and it has Madhur Bhandarkar written all over it. After Fashion and Heroine, it looks like the director is once again attempting to unwrap the dark side of the glamour world.

Calendar Girls is the story of five supermodels- Mayuri, Nazneen, Sharon, Nandita and Paroma. Throughout the teaser, you hear sounds of clicks and whistles with a haunting background score backing it.The tagline of the film is also revealed in the teaser which says, ‘Photographs are perfect because they are still but life doesn’t stand still’. The film, which is all set to release on August 7, 2015, stars debutants Akanksha Puri, Avani Modi, Kyra Dutt, Ruhi Singh and Satarupa Pyne.
