Reward offered for stolen van

A white 2.4 Hilux Toyota van with registration number: CPR 288 MP with a black stripe on the sides, was stolen at Klarinet Extension 8.

A 55 year old man, Ephraim Pako, was sleeping in his house on May 28 at 03:00 when his white van got stolen under the car shelter he had built for it. The van had work documents and his church hat inside. His assets were later recovered with the help of police at a plot next to an industrial site, but only his church hat was retrieved while the rest of the things that were in the car were not found.
“I suspect my van was stolen by people from the informal settlements of Likazi and Old Coronation which is the place where I found my Zion Christian Church hat and church books,” said Pako.

Pako is offering a R5000 reward to whoever might have knowledge about the whereabouts of his van.

Those that might have seen the van, can contact the Witbank SAPS on 013 655 5000 or Pako on his cell number 076 667 8157.
