All organisations working under the Kudumbasree Mission will implement the provisions of the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products (Prohibition of Advertisement and Regulation of Trade and Commerce, Production, Supply and Distribution) Act, 2003.

A direction to this effect has been issued by the Kudumbasree Executive Director.

As many as 42 lakh women are part of 7,324 offices, eateries and other organizations under the Kudumbasree.
