PYUTHAN: A man died after being swept away by the Jhimruk River, in Bagdula of Pyuthan district on Thursday.

Dil Bahadur Chaudhary (25) from Gadhawa-8 of Dang district was swept away by the River at around 1 pm this afternoon.

The youth, who was in Bagdula during his job as a mason, had dipped into the water for a bath, informed the District Police Office.

Pyuthan District Hospital's Emergency Ward head Madhav Gautam said the body was handed over to his kin after the postmortem.
