Ingredients
Fresh mangoes: One nos.
Sushi rice: 300 grams
Mango puree: 100 ml
Nuri sheet: Half sheet Method
Take half nuri sheet on the bamboo mate; put sushi rice over the sheet. |
Keep the nuri sheet side up and put fresh finger cut mango by line and roll it. |
Cut it into six pieces, put on the plate with mango puree garnish on top of roll. Serve without soya and wasabi. |
