Ou-of-favour India batsman, Virender Sehwag joined the bandwagon of celebrities doing yoga. He tweeted a picture of him doing sirsasana on his twitter handle on Thursday. The asan, where one balances himself upside down on their head with the support of their hands is known to detoxify body and improve fluid circulation.

The fiery Indian batsman who has scored more than 8000 runs in Test cricket has been on the international scene for the past 16 years.
Harbhajan Singh, who was included in the Indian Squad for the Zimbabwe tour, also endorsed this vedic regimen for fitness on June 21, which was celebrated worldwide as International day of yoga.
