Slovenia seeking expressions of interest in majority stake in Adria Airways

Slovenia's Slovenski Državni Holding (SDH) called (01-Jul-2015) for expressions of interest in the acquisition of a majority stake in Adria Airways. SDH stated: "Republic of Slovenia represented by SDH d.d. (69.87%), together with DUTB, d. d., (19.63%), and SDH, d. d., (2.08%) are considering the disposal of the majority of shares (91.58%) by way of a joint sale transaction."
