The deadline for Indian Super League (ISL) clubs to retain players has ended — and now the eight clubs will have the draft and auction to rebuild their squads.
There is also an auction this time (on 10 July, along with the draft), with Indian stars Sunil Chhetri, Robin Singh and Eugeneson Lyngdoh also part of it. The ISL’s second season kicks off on 3 October with the first match in Chennai — and will feature 61 matches to be played across 79 days.
Last season’s champions Atletico de Kolkata have been one of the most active teams in the close season so far — and have also surprisingly let go off star striker Fikru Teferra (who has joined Chennaiyin FC).
As of 2 July, this is what we know of every team. We will update this page as when teams make more changes.
