Pine Creek star JoJo Domann is going to play college football for Nebraska, the senior-to-be announced Friday via Twitter.

The 6-foot-1, 208-pound linebacker is the second Colorado high school player to give an oral commitment to the Big Ten’s Cornhuskers, joining Regis Jesuit tight end Jack Stoll.

“It’s official, committed to Nebraska,” Domann tweeted, “excited to play for the best fans in the nation.”

Domann was a vital part of the Eagles’ state champ- ionship teams in 2013 and 2014. He was The Denver Post’s MVP for the 2014 Class 4A title game at Sports Authority Field at Mile High after finding ways to score on offense, defense and special teams.

He also had offers from Air Force, Arizona State, California, Colorado, Colorado State, Kansas State, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon State, UNLV, Utah State, Virginia and Wyoming, according to Rivals.
