XOLO, the Indian brand of Lava Mobiles, announced last month it would debut a new sub-brand under which it will launch a new smartphone each quarter.

The new sub-brand is called Black and the smartphones launched under its logo will be exclusively available in India through major retailer Flipkart.

The next Black smartphone is expected to be unveiled pretty soon since XOLO has already started to tease the device. The first official teaser video highlights one of the phone's main features, being stain and smudge-free.

But aside from that we can also see that XOLO's Black smartphone will feature a twin-camera on the back, along with a LED flash that's been placed in the center.

We also know that the Black smartphone will be powered by Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system, but it will also feature XOLO's new Hive 1.5 UI (user interface).

Black will offer 4G LTE support as well, but other details on the phone's specs are a mystery for the moment.

Still, from what we hear, XOLO's Black smartphone will be priced in the mid-range tier, so we expect the device to sell for a price between Rs 10,000 ($155 / €140) and Rs 20,000 ($315 / €285).
