South Korean President Park Geun-hye on Wednesday urged the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK)to return to the inter-Korean dialogue table.

KANDAHAR -- Three children were killed and four others injured as a bomb blast hit Panjwai district of the southern Kandahar province on Wednesday, a local official Fazal Mohammad Ishaqzai said.

SINGAPORE -- The lawyers of Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong have asked the High Court for a very high award of damages in the defamation case against blogger Roy Ngerng,saying that Ngerng's actions have been deeply and intensely malicious.
