Maharaja’s College Samrakashana Samithi organised a human chain protest here on Tuesday against the autonomous status accorded to the institution.
Vaikom Vishwan, convener of the Left Democratic Front, inaugurated the protest. P. Rajeev, former MP, M.C. Josephine, member of the CPI (M) Central Committee, and K.R. Vishwambharan, former Vice Chancellor of Kerala Agricultural University participated.
