: The city police is learnt to have taken in to custody two former students of Ernakulam Maharaja’s College for allegedly attempting to steal computers and other electronic equipment from the Political Science Department of the college last week.
Police sources said that the accused, who had left Ernakulam after the incident, were tracked using the help of cyber police.
Steps have been initiated to recover the stolen materials, they said.
The arrest was not recorded officially and it is expected on Wednesday.
