Slovenia to sell its second largest bank NKBM
LJUBLJANA, June 30 (Reuters) - Slovenia will sell 100 percent of its second largest bank, state-owned Nova KBM (NKBM), state investment firm SDH, which is coordinating privatisation, said on Tuesday.
The buyer and the details of the deal will be revealed later on Tuesday but according to local media the bank will be sold to U.S. investment firm Apollo for between 200 to 250 million euros ($224-$280 million) ($1 = 0.8940 euros) (Reporting By Marja Novak, editing by William Hardy)
