June 30, 2015 12:00 am | Updated 05:38 am IST - HYDERABAD:

A housewife was allegedly murdered by his husband at Rajendranagar on Monday afternoon. The woman, Safia Begum, 20, was married to an auto driver, Md. Ghouse, nine years ago. The couple lived along with their four children at Arsh Mahal locality under Rajendranagar police station limits.

The family members of the woman told the police that Ghouse suspected his wife’s character and used to pick up quarrels with her frequently. Five days ago, he dropped his wife at her mother’s place. However, last night, he went to his in-laws place and came back to their house along with his wife. In the afternoon, the neighbours found the woman lying in the pool of blood and alerted the police. – Staff Reporter
