Yet another haleem brand ‘Haleem-E-Ishq’, was launched in the city by Sultan Food Courts, a chain of restaurants well known for its kebabs.

“Today, haleem is completely commercialised and people are lured by the promise of excellent haleem. In the end, many outlets sell unhealthy haleem,” says M.A. Basith, Director, Sultan Food Courts. Mr. Basith claims that Haleem-E-Ishq is prepared using many ingredients including spices that are of top quality. “We adopt the procedure used in the households,” he says.
