The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation in connection with the acquisition of 2.5 billion subscription receipts of Ram Power Corp. (current corporate name, Polaris Infrastructure Inc., symbol PIF) at a purchase price of 0.4 cent per subscription receipt, which entitled the company to receive upon exchange 1.25 million postconsolidation common shares of Polaris (at a deemed price of $8 per share).
