Former Uttar Pradesh minister and BSP spokesman Sudhir Goyal registered an FIR against the principal and a clerk of the DU college where he is a professor. The case filed at northwest Delhi’s Bharat Nagar last week alleged forgery, cheating and breach of trust.

Goyal, an associate professor, alleges that the principal and a clerk had taken an advance of Rs 10,000 from the accounts department under Goyal’s name, using forged documents without his knowledge.
