YSRC leaders back TDP MLC nominee

June 28, 2015 12:00 am | Updated 05:52 am IST - KURNOOL:

Two YSRC ZPTC members —G. Rambhim Naidu(Alur) and M. Padmavathi (Dhone)— called on the TDP’s Dhone in-charge K.E. Pratap on Saturday and expressed their support to the party’s district president and MLC nominee Silpa Chakrapani Reddy.

The ZPTC members said that they had taken this decision, resenting YSRC president Y.S. Jaganmoha Reddy’s support to Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhara Rao. Meanwhile, M. Ramasubbaiah, Madhavaram MPTC member in Peapully mandal said that he was undergoing treatment in a private hospital at Kurnool and none has kidnapped him.

Mr. Ramasubbaiah told the media that he had voluntarily switched over to the TDP and denied that he was subjected to any pressure.
