Tamil film director Hari, who has directed several hits like Saamy and Singam, has lodged a police complaint against miscreants who hacked his Twitter handle.

CHENNAI: Tamil film director Hari, who has directed several hits like Saamy and Singam, has lodged a police complaint against miscreants who hacked his Twitter handle.
Hari said he was not using the Twitter handle -- @DirHariOfficial -- and anymore.
The film director said the posts on the handle were highly troublesome to his profession and personal reputation.
He submitted that the matter had been reported to Twitter website too.
(Twitter has suspended the handle now).
In his complaint, Hari has also mentioned about his Facebook profile being maintained by miscreants without his consent.
His complaints have been forwarded to the cybercrime wing of the city police, and they are probing the issue.
The police have requested Twitter to share information on the handle to proceed further in the case.
