NCC cadets hold rally against drug abuse

NCC officers and cadets organised a rally to mark the International Day Against Drug Abuse from Raj Vihar centre to Kurnool Collectorate on Friday. Major P.V. Sivaiah of 28 (Andhra) NCC Battalion called for awareness to check drug abuse among youth and trafficking of women. NCC cadets of Osmania, STBC, Silver Jubilee and Government Degree colleges carried placards and participated in the rally, flagged off by STBC College Principal Manorama. Osmania College Principal M. Silar Mohammed, Lt. Anwar Hussain and others participated.
