Vallourec announces key appointments in North American operations

France-based Vallourec announced several new appointments for its North American operations:

• William Gamisans has been appointed managing director for Vallourec Tube-Alloy worldwide, based in Houston, Texas.
• Trina Rauscher-Cooper, current VP of Human Resources for Vallourec USA will assume human resources responsibilities for Vallourec Drilling Products and Vallourec Tube-Alloy worldwide.
• Francis Nwabudike, formerly the president-managing director for Tube-Alloy worldwide, has been appointed managing director for Vallourec Drilling Products.
• Currently the General Manager for Valinox Nucleaire Tubes Co., Lt., China, David Bousquet has been appointed as the V.P., operations support for Vallourec Drilling Products.

Nicolas de Coignac, president, North America, noted, “These nominations will generate more synergies between OCTG, drilling, accessories and services operations, and help service the needs of our North America oil and gas customers and partners in a more efficient way.”
